Water Tank motor control panel

The Queensborough Subdivision was designed to be an independent in sufficient water supply and owned water 300 meter deep well and an elevated water tank for storage and supply to the members of QUEENSBOROUGH Homeowners Association Inc. It was constructed since the construction of the Queensborough Subdivision approximately 40 years ago..In the recent QHAI direction, several improvements and refurbishment of the water Tank was implemented.. including replacement of water pump and motor and submersible cables, introduction of chlorinator to the Water system.. the remaining improvements was planned carefully due the budget constraints.. the planned replacement of the control panel is long overdue and failure in operation breakdown becomes frequently..this is the heart of the operation of water pump.. Recently the board decided to go ahead with the project to replace the complete controller .. reasons is that most of the components are already obsolete not available in the market, a new assembly was constructed and expected installation is 1st week of August..
