Resolved
The issue has been fixed.
Note from the team
I’ve already raised this concern with the Co-Board for verification and discussion. We are currently checking the HOA’s existing Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws and determining what actions, if any, are required to ensure compliance with the latest DHSUD requirements. We’ll provide an update once the Board has confirmed the current status and the appropriate next steps.
Details
Hello! I came across this recently, that all registered HOAs are required to amend their Articles and Bylaws, and the deadline is December 2026. Does anyone know if ours has been updated already? Asking because from what I understand, non-compliance is a ground for DHSUD to revoke an HOA's registration. If that happens, the association loses its legality, which affects all of us as residents, since the HOA would no longer be able to enforce rules, sign contracts on our behalf, or bring matters before DHSUD. Hoping this is already being handled. Just seems important enough to make sure.
